Welcome to Sunshine in My Soul, a thoughtfully curated oceanfront retreat where families gather, reconnect, and create memories they'll treasure for years to come.

Designed for multi-generational vacations, family reunions, milestone celebrations, and unforgettable beach weeks, this luxurious 6-bedroom, 6½-bath oceanfront home comfortably accommodates large groups while providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. Our inverted floor plan was intentionally designed to maximize breathtaking Atlantic views, allowing the kitchen, dining room, and great room to become the heart of your vacation.

Gather around the oceanfront dining table with seating for 14 guests (10 at the table and 4 at the kitchen bar), enjoy sunrise coffee overlooking the Atlantic, or end the day watching the stars from one of the expansive oceanfront decks.

Our Signature Beach Experience

One of our guests' favorite amenities is our complimentary Concierge Beach Tent Service, included with weekly stays from April through August. Instead of hauling a tent and spending time setting up each morning, simply walk onto the beach where your professionally set-up tent is waiting for you. It's one more way we help you spend less time managing vacation logistics and more time relaxing, reconnecting, and making memories with the people you love.

Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, Sunshine in My Soul offers six beautifully appointed bedroom suites:

• Two King suites with private ensuite bathrooms (including one oceanfront)

• Two Queen suites with private ensuite bathrooms (including one oceanfront and one with a dedicated workspace for remote work)

• One suite with two Full beds and a private ensuite bathroom

• One bunk suite featuring four Twin bunks and a private ensuite bathroom—perfect for kids

• A separate oceanfront kids' lounge with a Queen sleeper sofa, twin loft bed, large Smart TV, and plenty of room for movies, games, and sleepovers

Whether you're spending the day by the pool or enjoying the ocean breeze from one of the expansive decks, Sunshine in My Soul was designed to make outdoor living unforgettable.

Relax on the shaded second-floor deck featuring a plush outdoor daybed and luxury chaise lounges, enjoy lunch at the oceanfront picnic table, or unwind in one of the custom Adirondack chairs while watching the waves roll in.

The oversized private pool deck offers room for everyone, complete with luxury chaise lounges, poolside dining, a hammock overlooking the ocean, a Weber charcoal grill, and a private outdoor shower. We also provide 14 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, pool floats, and sand toys so you can pack less and enjoy more.
