Sunbathe on lounge chairs between refreshing swims. Or, kick back and breathe the salty air while relaxing on two covered porches (front and rear). You’ll love being located a short walk to private beach access and within easy walking distance to island restaurants, coffee shops, Holden Beach Chapel, city park, and music venue.

Inside, find updated furnishings in the living and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances (2021). Enjoy a coveted open layout, complete with four bedrooms all on one floor. Four TVs, equipped with cable and/or a DVD player, provide entertainment. Central air conditioning plus heating, ceiling fans, and an enclosed outdoor shower add convenience.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool heat is only available in June.
Streaming services are available using your own account

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
