"Hotel staff knew we’d just had our 27th wedding anniversary. Upon check-in our room was on the 27th floor. Very thoughtful."

"The only reason this hotel gets 4 stars is the surrounding area. The hotel itself was lovely! The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was a good size especially for a lot of people just wanting to spend a night or two before a cruise. They had a Nespresso maker in the room with coffee and tea available. The lobby had water and fruit infused water 24/7 and in the morning a full coffee bar. there was an enclosed courtyard which was nice. It was a short uber ride to pikes place market. The surrounding area and safety of going out of the hotel was a little less than desirable. But there was key card entry after 10pm to get into the hotel which was nice peace of mind. If staying the night before your cruise I say go for it!"

"Citizen M is a unique hotel in a fun area near Pioneer Square. But your room is small. Its honestly like being in a really really nice camper LOL. But I enjoyed it!!!"

"Lovey nicely restored historic hotel close to the waterfront. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, cozy and the feather pillows and robes provided an extra touch. I would stay there again."

"This is a high end hotel with exceptionally pleasant staff top to bottom. The room was very quiet on the tenth floor overlooking the main entrance plaza. The pool was lovely. The location cannot be beaten for walking to Pike and restaurants. Lovely stay"
