"This was my fourth stay. As always, the staff, especially Aleksander and Nikola, was very friendly and entirely professional. There were no issues with which to deal. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Great shower and amazing bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with healthy options included. I look forward to visiting other Mama Shelter hotels in other cities. The interior design is very very cool! Mama Shelter in Belgrade is truly my favorite."

"I rarely give 5 stars but this one is deserving of it. From the service, the room and location (to the airport)... everything is amazing. They have an airport shuttle to pick you up or drop you off. The water pressure is strong and the showers are nice and hot. The furniture, decor, ambiance and finishes, definitely were thought down to the smallest detail. We had 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and a second room with 2 twin beds. I would 1,000,000% recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
