"You could tell from the entrance that the cleaning standards were low. The floor looked dirty. The reception WC was like a public toilet. Mirror cover with water spots, hair, and the toilet had toilet papers on the floor. Entering the room, I was shocked by the level of dust and poor cleaning. Dust everywhere, the mirror had spots, the window fingerprints, the headboard looked filthy, etc. *I have pictures. The room we stayed in on the 4th floor was boiling hot, and we couldn't sleep for four...
