  • Well-maintained, newly renovated one-story home with spacious covered front porch 200 yards from the beach. Living area has cable TV/DVD/WIFI and kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.First bedroom has two double beds-second bedroom has one double bed. Each bedroom has a T.V. Two bathrooms. Sleeps 6 people. No smoking & no pets please. Complimentary golf cart. For safety and insurance purposes, golf cart drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license, and management will need a quick photo of your ID prior to use. Thanks for keeping things smooth compliant. Rental week is from Saturday to Saturday June, July, and the first of August. All other times there is a 3 night minimum unless there are only 2 nights available. Check-In time is 3:00p.m. Check-Out time is 10:00a.m. You must be 25 years old to rent and 21 to drive the golf cart! There is a $500 refundable security deposit if house if left UNDAMAGED and no violations! There is a cleaning crew that will clean the house for you after you depart. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25!!!! MANAGEMENT DOES NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL GRADS OR COLLEGE STUDENTS!

    Campground amenities include three Outdoor Pools, water part, one Indoor Pool, 18 Hole Putt Putt Golf, Tennis & Basketball, volleyball ,corn hole, horseshoes,playgrounds, Snack/Ice Cream Bar, Arcade, Laundromat, and a 10,000 square foot campground store.

    The property is a privately owned and operated rental (Tropical Horizon Holdings, LLC) located right inside the wonderful Ocean Lakes Family Campground! You will have full access to all of the resort’s incredible amenities, including the water park, pools, and beach.

Please help us prepare for the next guests: strip beds. If you rented linens, place them back in the original bag and leave on the front porch. If you brought your own, please take them with you.
Take all trash to the outdoor trash can. Wash or load all dishes—nothing left in sink or dishwasher. Remove all personal items: no clothes left in washer/dryer.
Empty fridge, freezer, and cabinets of food you brought. Turn off all lights. Clean grill and wipe down golf cart. Close and lock windows/doors. Return keys to designated lockbox. Thank you so much!

No parties, underage drinking, or loud/vulgar behavior. Quiet hours 11PM–7AM. No indoor smoking. No pets. Must follow all rules of Ocean Lakes.

Beach Getaway

This is a cute little house in an awesome beach resort! Linda, the owner is very attentive and available for all questions or issues. The house itself, is comfortable enough, nicely decorated, but is a bit run down, and needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness. We loved the use of the golf cart, and the location of the house, and the front porch was very nice for evening relaxing!

This is a nice little home.....perfect for 3 or 4 people. Great location and very quiet area. We loved sitting on the front porch and eating our meals or watching people ride their golf carts. We very much enjoyed the use of the Golf Cart. Overall it was clean but could use a little more deep cleaning. We would stay again.

Awesome Front Porch

Cute, clean cottage. Perfect size getaway for a couple. The deep front porch with the beautiful furniture was the highlight of the house for us. We spent every morning and every evening out there, and we spent an entire rainy day on the porch. The golf cart is great. It makes getting to the beach quick and getting around Ocean Lakes easy. The owner responds immediately to even the most minor inquiries and is very easy to work with.

Life’s a beach

Great and quiet area in the park. Golf cart was great and it came with the rental. The house was a little dirty, floors around the beds and underneath them had not been swept or cleaned. The other issue was the bed in the small bedroom. It squeaks very loudly and is not soft at all. I slept on it one night and slept on the couch the rest of my week. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can do it again next year. Thanks for the rental.
