Over the tired hotels or used up properties at the beach? That won't happen here. This condo had a complete redo from floor to ceiling during winter 2018. Modern, calm beach colors and comfortable furniture make this the ideal place to stay. We also include all linens at no extra fee!
The new, modern kitchen has granite counter, cabinets with soft close doors and drawers with a full appliance suite for your cooking needs. It is stocked with everything that you need to make a quiet meal at home if you choose. We have the necessary toaster, blender and Keurig coffee maker with starter coffee, condiments and breakfast snack.
The bedroom has a queen pillow top mattress, TV and a private balcony out the new rear sliding door. There is a beautiful live oak tree shading this cozy reading or coffee/wine drinking oasis.
The open concept living area contains a 50 inch TV and queen sleeper sofa with memory foam topper. You won't know its a sofa! Ample seating is available for up to 8 if you make a new friend on the beach. There is a private courtyard off the living area with outdoor seating. Open the gate and it is mere steps to the pool.
Leave your car parked in the shade under the live oak trees and walk to all that Surfside Beach has to offer. The sand, pier, Surf Diner, River City Cafe, Neal and Pam's, Sundown and Bubba's Fish House are all within blocks. Take an evening stroll for ice cream at the pier. Surfside park, library, public tennis courts and farmer's market are 2 blocks.
