Have your morning coffee, evening cocktails, and meals out on the balcony while enjoying the sights, sounds and smell of the Atlantic Ocean. Across the street from the beach, this 3rd floor condo (w/elevator) boasts free WI-FI, a shared in-ground pool, shared charcoal grills, central heat/air, a NEW washer & dryer (2023), NEW refrigerator (2024), NEW electric range (2023), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, french press, crock pot, toaster & toaster oven, blender, iron & board, 3 TVs, 1 DVD player, telephone, mounted hair dryers in both bathrooms, and a private balcony with views of the ocean. Pub height table and 4 chairs on the balcony for your maximum viewing pleasure. Seating for 6 in the living room and dining room, as well.
Please provide your own sheets and towels, as linens are NOT included. (But can be for an additional fee)
2 Bedrooms, both with NEW (2024) Queen Mattresses.
Living Room - Queen Sofa Bed or Full inflatable mattress.
Sorry, NO smoking or pets allowed.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
The dumpster is located in the back parking lot. Please put all trash in the dumpster when you leave.
Using the access code given at check-in, please return both keys to the lock box when you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
