Welcome to Dreamin' of the Sea! This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home is peacefully set back from the road in beautiful Surfside Beach. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor living space when you are not at the beach or exploring the many attractions the area has to offer. The beach is just 150 yards, or a 1 minute walk, away! Rainy day? No problem, cozy up inside and play the Xbox Series X with game pass (100+ games available). Dreamin' of the Sea can sleep 10 guests and is PET FRIENDLY!

Additional information:
Pool will typically be open from April 1st through November 1st.
Pool heater will be available for a $200 fee per week. Use of the pool heater must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool heater will not operate if the surrounding air temperature is less than 55 degrees (if the temperature drops below 55 degrees the heater will be shut off).
Hot tub will be open throughout the year.
Check in and check out will be on Saturday in season.
In season reservations must be for a minimum of 7 days.
Off season reservations must be for a minimum of 3 days with flexible check in and check out.
Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.
Persons making reservations must be 21 years of ago or older and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
Dogs are only allowed on the beach before 10AM and after 5PM from May 1st-Labor Day. From Labor Day-April 30th dogs may be on the beach at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when on the beach with a leash at most 7 feet in length. Owners must also clean up waste and dispose of it properly.

Note - An additional rental agreement that provides further information regarding house rules and expectations will be sent upon booking for review and signature. Errors in pricing may occur despite every precaution being taken. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

Dream Escape
The property is perfect for a family. It has all the amenities a family could need. It even has a dog bed which I wasn’t expecting. My dog loved it. The beach is walking distance and the house had all the beach necessities including the carrier to put all the beach chairs and umbrella. The area is close to restaurants and peaceful. The landlord was always available for questions and would respond immediately. Highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the house! The location and the extras (pool, hot tub, TV streaming apps, start up necessities like TP, garbage bags etc) were PERFECT!. 2024 first time staying at this property. We were very impressed. Very Clean. Starter items(toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap)were provided which helped until we were able to get to the store. Family loved the pool. Beach towels and chairs available for use was also a plus! Owner was great to work with and responded very quickly when we needed to reach out. Highly recommend.

We had a great week at Dreamin' of the Sea. The house was clean and comfortable, and it was so close to the beach. Having our own pool and hot tub was a bonus. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I recommend this property wholeheartedly!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location to the beach, grocery stores, shops and not far from Myrtle Beach for any other attractions you may be looking for. Upon check in you could just smell the clean, it was a wonderful welcoming. We loved it here!

Great place!
Loved everything about this house, except the pool is not heated-which we did know ahead of time. Had one little issue when we got there, and the owner immediately contacted us and resolved (our issue not a property issue). Just a short stroll to the beach, nice neighborhood, great for bike riding. Beautiful outside patio area. would definitely go again!!

Lovely home in a private setting but only a short walk to the beach. The house is well stocked and has a private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms. We ran into one snafu during our stay and had to reach out to the owners. They were quick to respond and see that everything was resolved quickly and with minimal disruption to our vacation. We would definitely choose this house again for a Surfside getaway. Even the kids in our group loved the house, the large TV in the bunk room, and the private pool.

Great family getaway!
From the time of booking, everything was a breeze. I initially booked a day sooner than we needed sure to my son's ball tournament, which was essily changed. Check in was so simple. Highly recommend ordering Walmart grocery delivery! We also had a golf cart delivered by AJAX to use during our stay, which the kids really enjoyed! The house was well equipped for us, the cleabing crew is amazing, they even left us loofas in each bathroom. The location is perfect distance to the ocean and my son loved the pool for afternoon swims after lunch! There was also a storage area with beach chairs, a wagon, and some toys we could use! Thank you guys so much for allowing us to use your home. We look forward to returning!
