Welcome to your dream coastal retreat! Nestled just steps away from the Surfside Beach sandy shores, this exquisite 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal living. Sea Chic is located just 200 steps from the beach!

As you enter, a gourmet kitchen featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient breakfast bar – perfect for entertaining or casual family meals greets you.

Situated on the first floor, adjacent to the kitchen, is a spacious bedroom featuring a full bathroom and a private deck that offers picturesque views of the stunning pool area. The rest of the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, providing ample space for the entire family to enjoy. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer provided.

Step outside onto the expansive deck and immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're entertaining guests or simply enjoying a quiet evening, the outdoor space is perfect for dining, relaxation, and soaking in the coastal breeze.

Enjoy your own private paradise with a sparkling pool and inviting hot tub, creating a resort-like atmosphere in your backyard. Whether you're cooling off with a refreshing dip or unwinding in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub, this outdoor space is a sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment.

Sea Chique is located in Surfside Beach "The Family Beach" where you are minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf courses and so much more!

There is a parking space for three, maybe four, vehicles, and you can bring or rent a golf cart.

ONE small, mature (under 50 pounds, over a year old) dog is permitted, with a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Cats and other pets are NOT permitted.

Any unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a non-refundable fee of $350 per pet.

MINIMUM AGE 25. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

The place was great for our group of 8. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Most of the common spaces, decor and bedding are outdated and the floors were not very clean but a few new touches would go a long way for the property. Can’t beat the distance to the beach, a warm hot tub for chillier nights and a backyard pool perfect for tanning!

The house itself was very nice. The pool and hot tub were also very nice! The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and appliances.. It has everything you need, if you like to cook!! However, we did encounter a few issues.. The shower lining’s in all the bathrooms needed to be replaced, some had mold. Tubs needed cleaning!! Vents had dirt and dust coming out! Microwave door was damaged but it was still functional. One of the sofas, need to be replaced!! It is badly stained! There was sand in the hot tub, pool and the outdoor staircase. There was also sand in a few of the beds and drawers! Management responded immediately. They sent cleaning personnel at 8pm. The bathrooms were cleaned, and all liners were replaced. The vents were also cleaned! My Family and I, cleaned up everything else. Management needs to be more on top of the cleaning staff! There is a need for quality control!! All that said, I would book here again!! The house and location are very nice..

Nice Beach House

The house had a good location with a view of the ocean from the 2 front porches. House could use a little updating. There weee a few empty cans left out by the pool. Overall an great week with family!

Comfort and peace

Our second time staying here and did not disappoint, place stays always clean, we love the location, house rules a very clear, some people think is to much, but I think is fair, everyone needs to respect the house and I love that owners keep up with the main6..we would love to stay here again.

The Beach ‘24

Sea Chique was a great house located a half block from the beach. The pool and hot tub in the backyard was a big hit also. The house was spacious enough for our 3 families to enjoy without feeling cramped. The only negative would be the mattresses could have been more comfortable.

Great Way to Start Summer

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beach house and overall we were very please with our experience. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of good-sized rooms that easily accommodated our entire family. The pool was the perfect size for us to enjoy after a day at the beach. The neighborhood was cute, quite and family-friendly. Being one block from the beach was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the house is within walking distance to Surfside Pier, which was great for evening strolls. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The WIFI internet connection was very poor, which was frustrating as we had hoped to stay connected during our stay. Additionally, the hot tub jets did not work, which was a bit disappointing since we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this beach house for families looking for a comfortable and convenient beachside retreat.

Family Spring Break

The house was beautiful and was located very close to the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped and the house was very clean. It was close to all of the attractions that we wanted to go to. We had a great time!!!

Great location, great value.

We enjoyed a weekend getaway with friends. Plenty of room, very spacious. Great home for the value, it has a beautiful view of the beach with a very short walk to the beach access.

Surfside Location - Priceless

This was a wonderful property. We had my family, including my Dad, my husband, my two adult children (19 & 22), one friend and Tucker (our Golden Retriever). Easy walk to the beach, great pool and hot tub, well stocked kitchen, nice rooms/bathrooms. It had it all. The best Dog-Friendly rental we have ever rented. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

Sea Chique Review

The house itself was a nice house and it was a great set up for two families. It could use some minor repairs and cosmetic upgrades, but the pros out weigh the cons for this house. It’s proximity to the beach was ideal as it less than a two minute walk. Plus, the pool and hot tub were bonus amenities that we utilized daily. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Myrtle Beach Management was super responsive, friendly, and addressed our needs during our stay. They ensured everything was in order and to our liking. They ensured us everything was in proper working order and even had a new hot tub installed. We will book directly through them next time we are in Surfside, SC. Thank you!

Private Oasis in quiet neighborhood

I love staying around the locals, the neighborhood is quiet and the beach is not crowded, the house is well equipped with anything you might need, the beds had clean covers and sheets, everything in the kitchen was functional, the Private pool was a real joy.

Beach Home

This property is amazing and exceeded our expectations! Property manager communicated prior to our arrival and made checking in painless. Property is very nice with plenty of space for large families. Pool and hot tub was a great bonus! Walk to the beach is less than a minute from the front door.
