A fun nautical theme throughout gives a beachy flavor to the condo, while any cook would enjoy the warm, inviting kitchen with sleek black appliances. The living room features a large 60" flat screen TV, and there are more in the bedrooms. Cozy ocean front balcony with comfortable chairs and table. There is a walk-in shower in the hall bath for your convenience, and the complex features an elevator, pool and grilling area. Make your reservation today for Surfwatch III 205!

    Surfwatch III is located 3.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This four-story complex offers oceanfront units to take in all the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. There is also an elevator at Surfwatch III to help tote your luggage and beach items. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 15) or take a short walk to the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet. Dine in and barbeque at the complex grilling area or dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. There is some covered parking with a clearance of 7'1”. Sorry, motorcycles, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
