"If you want to have the most comfy solo work trip stay here. Black out curtains and literally the WHOLE room is controlled by an ipad you don't need to move a muscle. If you happen to bring someone up to your room it's not a stain it's cute and comfortable and they'd enjoy. you can even play games with the lights and they can change to whatever color you put on the ipad. Downstairs area is so trendy and so many restaurants right at the base, as well as a beautiful starbucks. Staff was SO kind which is tough in miami! like actually the sweetest ever"

"I think for as much as you pay to stay at such a nice resort the beach cabanas and umbrellas should not have to be purchased. Along with the pool side ones. Overall the resort is beautiful and very well maintained. "

"We were grateful for the room up grade with a beautiful wrap around view of the lagoon and downtown Miami. The service was awesome especially our bartender Rosen at the Blue Lagoon Saloon! Also Murad and Sam at the Herb'n Kitchen were great! The only negatives are: Water in the room was $8 a bottle, it should be complimentary, period! And parking was pricy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!"
