"8th time coming to Anderson Lake Lodge and it never ceases to disappoint. It’s a perfect spot for a large group gathering with “up north” vibes. The lodge has tons of space to spread out and sleep comfortably, has lots of games and activities both inside and out, well stocked kitchen, strong enough wifi, and ample seating both inside and out.Only downside for us is it’s not directly on the water, but it’s a short walk to jump in or dangle your feet off the pier. On the upside it’s nice to be right next to a bar/restaurant and just down the road from a gas station for any additional provisions. The hosts are communicative and flexible. Check in and check out are easy and seamless. 5 star spot!"

"This cottage was everything we expected it to be. Very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The living area is spacious and the open floor plan makes it especially nice. The master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. The second bedroom was also very nice. We did not use the bunkhouse.The outside features are incredible. A lovely deck and porch, a fire pit, picnic table. We would have spent out entire time enjoying them except - unfortunately for us - we experienced rain and severe thunderstorms for most of the duration of our stay!! But - thanks to the well-equipped and comfortable cottage - we still enjoyed a very nice "sisters" trip. We were able to find quiet time at the cemetery where many of our ancestors are buried, appreciated the beautiful northwoods, reminisced about living in Mountain when it still had a General Store (I lived upstairs over the store). I would highly recommend this cottage to any individuals or families who would like a home like place with lots of room to spread out - inside or outside"
