It was a nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted: Golf courses, pickleball, retail, restaurants, etc. The reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because there were a couple of issues while there. Carri was responsive, however, and took care of them quickly. Also, the appliances were a bit dated and we would have prefered a king size bed and a walk in shower. The description was accurate, however, so that was our choice. It did have what we needed and we were fairly comfortable."
