"Was super relaxing "

"Booked the property through Expedia but it was a property managed by partner Stayz. Both agencies sent confirmation notices but there was no check-in information. I didn't hear anything and got worried so I phoned a number and got a random help line. The property had been gone for a couple of weeks. I then had to scramble to find somewhere else. Much angst. Added expense. Loss of time. I still need to chase my refund. Not impressed at all. Expedia has never disappointed me in the past. Hopefully...

"Bed was comfy & clean. Room was the same. Great value for money. Not far from the station, coffee shop across the busy road. Unit was well insulated &. Noise from road was negligible. No other noise so slept well. "

"This was such a lovely luxury apartment, big enough for our family of five and with beautiful furnishings and appliances. The check in process was difficult as the description of where the driveway was (multiple options and off Fairbank Lane not Young Street) and also the lock box which is hidden from view behind a concrete pillar meant 45 mins of driving around while trying to get onto Stayz. After that everything was lovely although would not the indoor pool is quite chilly and kids didn’t...
