"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, well apportioned, and understated on the VRBO app. What a refrigerator!! Lake Martin is a treasure and this home suited us perfectly for utilizing our boat during our stay. We met several of the neighbors who were all great as well. A very quiet cove, perfect for us. We look forward to returning again."

"Mr. Donald was great to communicate with. The home was more than well stocked with just about anything you could need. The snacks waiting for us was a pleasant welcome. Enough towels and wash cloths for 9 people! This is always an issue with other rentals. This rental by far exceeded our expectations. We are already lining up dates to stay again next year."

"Very spacious home! The downstairs was a great area for kids - older and younger. Lots of games and space for them hang out. The view was absolutely beautiful!! Nice dock too! We brought some floats and lounged/swam a good bit and we enjoyed the canoe provided. Check in/out information and overall communication 10/10."

"The cove was a nice place for our family vacation. We loved having enough space for everyone. The house was exceptionally clean ... especially the bathrooms and kitchen. We did have a problem with accessibility to the lake. ... lots of stairs to the lake. I wasn't able to go down because of my knees. I guess it would have helped if I paid more attention to the pictures. The other problem was the house next door. The day we arrived there were workers rinsing white paint buckets directly into the lake which was spreading right into our area where the kids wanted to swim. I'm not sure you have any control over that. Thank you for everything. Tina Marshall"
