"We immediately felt welcome and pampered in this attractive apartment. It is comfortable, quiet, and tastefully decorated, including new appliances. It has a relaxing rural ambiance with easy access to the Interstate and a short drive to Binghamton. Daryl, the host, is friendly, insightful, and helpful. We got a good night's sleep, and our little dog enjoyed running around in the yard. All in all, an unusually pleasant place to stay."

"I enjoyed my stay here. Only thing i would improve on was the coffee set up. Sugar and cream should have been individual packets. Small inconvenience, overall nice stay."

"We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed."

"Sweetest little stay in northern PA. About 3 hours north from home, the perfect escape for my husband and I for a weekend. Tiffanie was the sweetest host and made sure we had everything we needed. Friendly little barn cats also made a visit! We hope to come back in the summertime!"

"Met brother and sister in law for weekend. Apartment was nice, only let down was the warmth. There was no ac and being on the 3rd floor, it was hot. They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom. Not sure how it would be in the winter."

"This studio apartment above a detached garage is everything I need when staying in the Catskills. The mattress is medium firm and comfortable, innerspring with a topper. Completely private, but hosts available when needed. There's even a balcony with chairs if you want to relax with a book - they have some of those here too, some good ones - in sunshine. The kitchenette has enough cookware and staples to make your own meals. Plus, Callicoon is a short drive, and has plenty of good food, wine and...

"Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on."

"Nice property... owners provided needed staples and extra toiletries which made it convenient. Parking and access in and out was easy. We had a pleasant stay... would recommend."
