Already for the third time, despite the bad weather, we were able to enjoy a wonderful stay. The quiet location, a comfortable house with a large and warm swimming pool and outdoor area with fireplace made it a pleasant experience again. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet in beautiful nature with all the necessary comfort.

Zum dritten Mal in Folge waren wir zu Gast in der Oase der Ruhe in Goumeix. Es fühlt sich jetzt an, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Bei den meisten Ferienhäusern ist entweder das Haus sehr schön, oder die Aussicht, oder die Umgebung oder das Wetter. Hier stimmte zum dritten Mal in Folge alles. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die neuen Möbel im Wohnzimmer machen es noch schöner, als es ohnehin schon war. Die Aussicht wird Sie nie langweilen. Beobachten Sie morgens den Sonnenaufgang bei einer Tasse Kaffee auf der Terrasse oder bewundern Sie abends den weiten Sternenhimmel in diesem dunklen Teil Frankreichs. Die Gegend lädt zum Spazierengehen ein. Laden Sie die Komoot-App herunter und schon werden die Wanderwege angezeigt und alles ist gut ausgeschildert. Man muss Glück mit dem Wetter haben, aber durch den Baldachin mit Kamin lässt es sich auch in kühleren Momenten wunderbar draußen verbringen. Hinzu kommen ein großes und schönes Schwimmbad, ein paar Siebenschläfer zur Unterhaltung am Abend und die gute Betreuung durch Jeroen und Catherine. Dies kann als Feiertag bezeichnet werden.

Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und die verschiedenen Terrassen sind wunderbar. Der Heckenpool ist groß und beheizt und die Gegend ist herrlich ruhig. Außer den Vögeln und der gelegentlichen Kuh hört man nichts. Schöne Dörfer im Umkreis von 10 Autominuten mit allen notwendigen Lebensmitteln und Benzin. Auch sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit Jeroen und Catherine selbst am Sonntag, ideal! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wij waren met 6 personen en onze hond in het huis, eind augustus 2022. Iedere ochtend wakker worden met een schitterend uitzicht. Heerlijk ontbeten op het terras en ’s avonds gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ. In de namiddag zit je op het terras in de schaduw en het grote verwarmde zwembad ligt tot in de avond lekker in het zonnetje wat heerlijk vertoeven is. ’s Avonds kun je onder het afdak met open haard de avond nog een stuk langer maken. Dat was zo gezellig! Het huis is top afgewerkt en voorzien van alle gemakken die je nodig hebt. Een complete keuken, wasmachine en droger maar ook een mooie badkamer met douche, bad en toilet. Slapen op hele fijne matrassen. Al met al hebben we een heerlijke week mogen doorbrengen in een zeer mooi, schoon en verzorgd huis met maximale privacy. Wij hebben genoten! Dit is zeker een aanrader als je rust en comfort zoekt. mvg, Fam Haas.

Zeer mooi vakantiehuis met een prachtig uitzicht. Heel proper, heel mooi zwembad, erg goed uitgeruste keuken en mooie badkamer. Je zit op het einde van een doodlopende straat van meer dan een kilometer zonder andere (bewoonde) huizen. Dus rust en privacy gegarandeerd. De ontvangst was ook supervriendelijk. Er lag ook heel veel toeristische info in de kast. En ik kon mijn elektrische auto opladen aan het stopcontact in de garage. 2 aandachtspunten toch: 1) Er zitten relmuizen op zolder. Deze zijn lief en schattig en totaal niet gevaarlijk, maar maken dus veel 'rel' 's nachts. Hadden we dit op voorhand geweten hadden we oordopjes mee genomen. Dus als je een lichte slaper bent zou ik je dit zeker aanraden. Laat deze relmuisjes je zeker niet afraden om voor dit huis te kiezen. het is echt wel een tophuis. 2) Er is geen airco op de slaapkamer en ondanks de vliegenramen durfden we 's nachts de ramen niet open laten omwille van die relmuizen. Airco was zeker een pluspunt geweest.

Un séjour insatisfaisant malgré un cadre enchanteresque.

La propriété est superbe, bien placée, d'un calme absolu. La fermette est très bien rénovée, avec un goût de la décoration affirmé et plaisant. L'accueil a été fort sympathique. Il est dommage néanmoins que pour une telle surface d'habitation, une seule salle de bain ne soit à mise à disposition, surtout lorsque l'on vient en famille. Elle est très bien équipée avec des équipements neufs. Seul point négatif et non des moindres, celui de la présence d'odeurs nauséabondes et tenaces à l'étage. Les propriétaires en ont été avisés et ont semblé fort démunis face à cette nuisance avérée. Il faut reconnaître qu'ils ont réagit avec compréhension en concédant une petite réduction pécuniaire de la location, ce qui malheureusement n'a pas réglé le problème sur le plan de l'utilisation des lieux. En revanche, il faut souligner l'intervention de l'agence Belvilla qui s'est réellement souciée de notre problème et qui l'a considéré avec grand professionnalisme. A l'avenir, si le problème énoncé devait être définitivement réglé, cette location serait vraiment parfaite pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent se ressourcer au coeur de magnifiques paysages.

Wauw, was het eerste wat we tegen elkaar zeiden toen we door de omgeving reden op weg naar het vakantiehuis. Toen we aankwamen stonden de beheerders ons al op te wachten en werden we vriendelijk onthaald. We kregen een rondleiding door de villa, wat echt prachtig is. Van alle gemakken voorzien en nog mooier dan op de foto's! Aan niets ontbrak het ons, alles was aanwezig. Een prachtig verwarmd zwembad, goede bedden, complete inventaris en elke ochtend ontbijt op het balkon met een fenomenaal uitzicht en elke avond onder de overkapping genieten van de open haard! Wij komen zeker een keer terug!

Het huis ligt zeer afgelegen, waardoor onze 3 kinderen luidruchtig konden spelen zonder anderen te storen. Het huisje is gezellig en van alles voorzien. Doordat het zwembad verwarmd is, kon er ook op de minder warme dagen gezwommen worden. Minpuntje was de temperatuur op de slaapkamers en de relmuis die er voorlopig woont.

De aankomst was verzorgd. We werden te woord gestaan door een zeer vriendelijke Engelstalige beheerder van de accommodatie die kort maar krachtig een rondleiding gaf met waar nodig een uitleg, bijvoorbeeld m.b.t. het gebruik van het zwembad. Het hartelijke welkom was helemaal af door een heerlijke fles wijn en een fles water in de koelkast.

Bij aankomst werden we gastvrij ontvangen. We waren moe van onze reis, maar de rondleiding was kort maar krachtig. We wisten de belangrijkste dingen en konden nadien genieten van onze welverdiende vakantie. Wat een prachtig huis en de omgeving, om stil van te worden. Het was nog mooier dan op de foto's. Alles was aanwezig in en rondom het huis, echt genieten. En de stilte van de omgeving was heerlijk, wij zijn echt tot rust gekomen en konden weer vol energie aan de slag. Ook onze kinderen van 3 en 1 jaar hebben genoten, in en rond het zwembad. En als we een keer niet konden zwemmen i.v.m. het weer konden de kinderen zich heerlijk vermaken binnen in huis. Ook aan de volwassenen was gedacht, veel spelen en leesboeken waren aanwezig. Een verhaal, maar in het kort......Voor herhaling vatbaar!!!

Huis is perfect, alles is aanwezig en in hele goede staat. Geweest met gezin met 3 kinderen (9, 9 en 12), begin mei. De kinderen hebben alle dagen gezwommen in het heerlijk verwarmde zwembad (temp. 29 graden). Tuin is mooi aangelegd, veel ruimte en privacy. Prachtig uitzicht, meerdere zitjes in de tuin. Mooie recent gerestaureerde boerderij op het rustige franse platteland. Wat extra goed was aan ons verblijf, was dat het heerlijk zonnig weer was en daarom voelde het aan als een zomervakantie...
