From the moment we called, the front desk receptionist was incredibly kind and patient, giving us step-by-step directions since we were new to the city. When we arrived, she continued to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. After a stressful day, that level of service meant everything to us. Highly recommend! "Just okay. There were rips in some of the furniture in the room. Breakfast buffet was bland but edible. Suited our purpose. Shuttle took a long time from the airport. "

"The receptionists both shifts, night and morning were amazing. Kind, professional, help. 10/10 As for the hotel room, it is not well maintained at all. The room smelled, it wasn’t vacuumed properly. The carpets are DIRTY. The carpets could use a good shampoo. There is water damage everywhere. The area where you have to wait for the vallet to bring your car is unbelievably unkept. The poor vallet drivers must be so cold. Take care of your employees and staff, they are your biggest investment. Pay your cleaners more so they are motivated to clean better. The hotel needs a lot of work. Also the vallet system of getting down from the car while holding traffic is nerve wracking. "
