As for the hotel room, it is not well maintained at all. The room smelled, it wasn’t vacuumed properly. The carpets are DIRTY. The carpets could use a good shampoo. There is water damage everywhere. The area where you have to wait for the vallet to bring your car is unbelievably unkept. The poor vallet drivers must be so cold. Take care of your employees and staff, they are your biggest investment. Pay your cleaners more so they are motivated to clean better. The hotel needs a lot of work.
Also the vallet system of getting down from the car while holding traffic is nerve wracking. "
