"The hotel was reasonable for the price. The room was modern and functional. My only concern is that we got placed in a ‘pet’ room, which had dog hair and stains on the rug and it smelt like dog. I love that hotels are pet friendly, however you also need to clean more thoroughly and give people the option of whether they want to be placed in a pet or no pet room. "The property was clean & comfortable, walking distance to shops and cafes. There could have been more kitchen utensils, eg. a small juice squeezer, more large chopping boards. The exhaust fan over the hotplates, needed cleaning. The small backyard had not been swept of leaves for quite some time, constantly walking through the thick layer of leaves to get to the back door. "Being pet friendly was a winner for us. It was so good to be able to bring them with us. Despite the room allocated as the pet friendly room, it was clean and had no animal smell. Recommend."

"Lovely property in a nice location with good staff, only improvement could be the housekeeping which isn’t included during your stay which is ok for a short stay but not a long stay when you would assume bed linens, towels, etc and vacuuming carpets would be included at least every few days."

"We had a good stay at the Flounders Lane Apartment. The only downside to our stay would be the lack of comfortable seating for a family of 4. There is only one small 3 seater couch, so one of us always had to sit on the floor or in a dinning table chair. I would also recommend watching the parking instruction video before you park."

"Room had a strong smell of curry. Not enough plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses for a family of four. Only one spare pillow. Very noisy at night on the Saturday night until after well after midnight. Also, all rooms are pet friendly which is not great for people with allergies!"
