"Checking time was extremely strict (seemed to be unnecessarily so). Once staff actually agreed to help us, they were friendly but a lot of computer issues made checkin take about 20 min. Newly remodeled which was nice."

"The hotel is older and could use some updates. But it was clean. Was concerned being right on a main drag, but was surprisingly quiet in our room. There is a barrier between the rooms and the road. The restaurants there are great. Loved North Country! It would be nice if the shops stayed open a little later during the summer. Closing at 5 or 5:30 doesn't work well if you're at the beach or wineries during the day.
