"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

"Great location. Small single room is perfect for solo travelers. Bathroom does flood when you shower because the curtain does not touch the floor but because the tiles are heated it disappears within an hour or two. Mostly quiet. Breakfast is adequate with lots of options."
