3rd time staying here. checked in very late after a 100km bike ride, around midnight, and staff was able to arrange cold beer and hamburger at that late hour. very friendly. decent pool, big room and shower. very good value.

到着は夜9時半くらい、歩いて5分ほどの界隈に飲食店や地元のコンビニがあるので、生活には困らないかな。洋服も売ってるけど蘇州の街中の方と比べると安くは無い。 時間がなくて朝食たべれなかったのが残念でした…。 この界隈に来たらまた泊まりますね

Feeling welcomed

We had a good time staying here. The staffs are really friendly, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. We will choose to stay here again for our future visit. Really recommend this accommodation.

Bad Experience!

First room was a mess. Not ready for new guest because toilet was dirty and smelly. Second room internet did not work at all. third room was fine. Generally, people at check-in counter do not apologize for inconvenience. Breakfast area no service. I asked for coffee and these young kids did not move an inch to help me. I have to change my table 3 times and I go to get something I see my table is taken by some wired people. Waiters have no obligation to inform people that the table is taken. I complained to Lead person but very unhappy with experience. May not come back to this hotel again.

Great hotel, well recommended always

The Haiyatt is a great place; friendly staff, enough English, frequent upgrades, business floors and more. Good restaurants, very nice rooms and good facilities. Taxis easy to arrange there also to Tongli etc. If you love local streetfood, there is a massive surrounding if streetstalls with amazing local dishes.
