Luxury holiday home with sea view

Just a stone’s throw from the coast, this holiday home accommodates six guests. Here, you’ll enjoy sea views and a fenced plot that ensures safety for both children and parents. The house measures 118 m² and offers three bedrooms, generous living space, and practical amenities.

Inside, a new heat pump and a new wood stove maintains a comfortable temperature year-round. The kitchen and living area are combined into one open space with direct access to the terrace, where the sea view draws your gaze toward the horizon. The interior is bright and functional, creating a peaceful holiday atmosphere.

The fenced garden offers shelter and sunshine, while children can play freely. Enjoy your morning coffee to the sound of the waves, or end the day with a barbecue and views over the Baltic Sea.

Just 50 metres from the house, rock formations and clear swimming water await. You can swim, fish, or simply enjoy the calm of the coastline. The close access to the sea is one of this property’s greatest strengths.

The area is known for its blend of nature and culture. The nearby town features cafés, smokehouses, and artisan workshops. Local markets and small galleries bring life without disturbing the area's tranquil charm.

Cycle along the coast, hike the rocky Bornholm terrain, or visit one of the island’s many attractions. Both peace and adventure are within reach. This is Bornholm at its best.

On the island’s east coast – between the artistic spirit of Svaneke and the steep hills of Gudhjem – lies Bølshavn. Not just any former fishing village. This is a historic haven dating back to the 1500s, marked by half-timbered houses rich in detail. You’re surrounded by coastal meadows, rock formations, and natural "rock pools" with their own unique fauna.

The house is perfect for families with children, couples, or friends seeking comfort and a connection with nature. It's easy to settle in – and hard to leave. Now with a hot tub and a chargingstation for the car.
