Casa Martina

Casa Martina is a holiday home with a swimming pool, located in the heart of the wooded and quiet village of Šumber, only 9 km from Labin and 14 km from Rabac.

In the spacious garden there is a private pool, sun loungers, a wood-burning fireplace for cooking meat or fish outdoors, garden furniture, football goals, a badminton net, a children's playground with swings, several parking spaces and much more. In the garden next to the house there is a forest where you can find refuge in natural shade even in the greatest heat.



Casa Martina actually consists of 3 buildings.

The first and largest building is on the ground floor of the house. It consists of a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There are 2 other separate detached buildings on the property. Each of them consists of a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.

The owner of the house lives on the first floor and guarantees privacy for all his guests. All facilities, the swimming pool and the garden are for the exclusive use of the guests.



Youth groups are not allowed! Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Durch die beiden Nebengebäude kann man in einer großen Gruppe verreisen ohne sich auf den Wecker zugehen. Genug Parkplätze vorhanden.

Ein schöner Ort, es hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren dort mit 10 Personen und haben die Unterkunft damit komplett belegt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und der Pool wirklich toll. Außerdem gibt es viele Sportmöglichkeiten wie Volleyball / Badminton Netz, kleine Fußballtore, Tischtennisplatte. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und waren immer beschäftigt. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haupthaus im 1.OG. Diese haben sich aber weitgehend aus allem heraus gehalten und uns total in Ruhe gelassen. Daher war das eher ein Vorteil, weil wir auch ab und zu mal etwas fragen konnten. Im inneren ist die Ausstattung etwas einfacher aber im Gesamtpaket total in Ordnung. Die Wasserinstallation funktioniert ganz gut, allerdings haben zwei Duschen im Hauptgebäude nur Vorhänge statt Glastrennwänden, in einer Dusche läuft etwas Wasser unter der Duschwanne heraus. Es steht aber ein Gummischieber bereit. Das hat uns alles nicht weiter gestört und wir haben die Vermieter auch nicht darüber informiert. Nur als das Wasser in der Küche einmal nicht ablief haben wir sie eingeschaltet und das Problem wurde in kürzester Zeit perfekt gelöst. Daher würde ich diese Unterkunft potenziellen Gästen absolut empfehlen und auf der anderen Seite, den Vermietern empfehlen in die Ausstattung der Bäder und Küchen zu investieren. Ein gutes Brotmesser, zwei drei Schäl- oder Gemüsemesser, Besteck aus Metall, eine Zitronenpresse und weitere Duschtrennwände aus Glas würden das Objekt noch weiter aufwerten. Die Sanitärinstallation sollte regelmässig gewartet werden.
