In the small village of Ružici, near the town of Labin and the beautiful beaches of Rabac, is located Villa Sever. This is a beautiful property with private pool, sun terrace, barbecue area with covered terrace and garden. The villa is spread over two floors, connected by an external staircase and an internal staircase. Villa Sever can accommodate eight people, and the villa has bicycles, table soccer and Playstation 3. On the first floor, by the pool, there is a bedroom with bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and separate toilet. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms with bathrooms that have access to the garden. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV are just some of the amenities of Villa Sever. Modern interior with beautifully landscaped outdoor areas and a courtyard will allow you to spend beautiful days in the company of your family members or friends! So don't wait and book Villa Sever in Ružici so you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Istria!
The pool is also heatable, this service costs 50 euros per week.
