House Lucija is a holiday home near Labin with a beautiful view of the green valley.

The tourist place Rabac and the beaches are only 12 km away. This house is ideal for a quiet family holiday. It is situated on a fully fenced plot and offers guests a pool, sun loungers, an outdoor fireplace and dining table, a seating area and a swing and trampoline for the little ones. Two parking spaces are located next to the house.



Holiday home for 6 guests, 110 sqm, consists of a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom upstairs has a balcony. The air conditioning for the upstairs rooms is located in the hallway. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und war sehr sauber.Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich, haben uns oft selbstgemachte Leckereien vorbei gebracht. Das einzige negative(ansichtssache natürlich)ist das es schon sehr abgelegen ist.Einkaufen,Strand, Restaurant, usw mindestens 15 bis 20 min mit dem Auto,durch enge wäldliche Straßen. Bis auf die Fahrerei ,hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielleicht werden wir auch irgendwann wieder in dieses Haus kommen, denn das Preisleistungsverhältniss war super,vorallem weil keine weiteren Kosten(Wasser ,Strom und Endreinigung alles inklusive)gezahlt werden müssen.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus im Gebirge :) Die Gastgeber wohnen gleich daneben und waren sehr nett. Man wurde auch nie gestört. Wir haben leckere Sachen zu esseen bekommen von den Gastgebern. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, aber alles ist sauber. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, aber wir wollten es so haben. Dort hat man wirklich seine Ruhe. Der Pool war schön groß und es gibt genug Sachen für Kinder zum Spielen draußen.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage, ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Unglaublich gastfreundliche Hauseigentümer, die stets bemüht waren unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Zur Begrüßung gab es verschiedene Getränke, frisches Obst und selbstgemachtes Gebäck. Den Badestrand in Rabac konnte man in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen, ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man im nahegelegenen Labin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten vom 1. Tag an abschalten und den Urlaub genießen. Die Enkelkinder hatten viel Spaß im schönen Garten mit zahlreichen Spielgeräten und dem herrlichen Pool. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub ...wir kommen gerne wieder!
