Stone house with private and large pool

  • Villa Raul is a traditional Istrian house that was completely renovated in 2006. It is located in a small Istrian village called Režanci, not far from Svetvincenat and only 12 km from the coast of western Istria. The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wooden and stone elements dominate the beautifully furnished interior. On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen with dining room and a living room with additional sleeping possibility on the couch. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. The outdoor area is dominated by a private pool with sun loungers and the partially covered terrace with barbecue invites you to relax on hot summer evenings.
