This old stone house was built more than 100 years ago.
Much effort has been invested in the complete reconstruction of this old detached house.
Holiday home Darko is part of detached house (52m2), built on 3 floors;
*on the ground floor there is a lobby, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining room and a TV.
*On the 1st floor there is a main bedroom with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and a balcony - enjoy drinking morning coffee with view on greenery, flowers, garden, pool...
*On the attic there is a unusual shaped bedroom with 2 separate beds ideal for bigger kids.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, while on the ground floor there is no need for air conditioning due to the thick walls that keep the cold in the summer days.

Although smaller residential quarters, the facility offers many outdoor facilities; a covered balcony with chairs, barbecue area and dining in the yard, garden swing, pool 28m2 with sun chairs, table tennis and outdoor place for play and socializing. You can enjoy at the lawn next to the pool where you can play badminton or football.

Throughout the year you can enjoy Mediterranean herbs, and you can also pick seasonal fruits; figs, grapes, vegetables ...

Režanci is a small village near Svetvinčenat in Istria.

Alles SUPER! 5 Sterne verdient

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem gemütlichen Häuschen mit schönem gepflegtem Garten und Pool verbracht. Darko ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, er hat uns mit selbstgemachtem Rot- und Weißwein und allerlei anderen leckeren Sachen verwöhnt. Er versteht die Kunst, sich um seine Gäste zu kümmern und ihnen gleichzeitig ihre Privatsphäre zu lassen. Wir haben den Urlaub und die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Da Darko nicht viel Deutsch spricht, konnten wir uns bei Bedarf jederzeit per WhatsApp an Ida wenden - sie hat immer sofort reagiert. 5 Sterne für das schöne Haus, für Darko und für Ida!

Schöner Urlaub abseits vom Touristentrouble

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Pool und tollem Gastgeber! Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, die recht steile Treppe war für unsere 4-jährige Tochter kein Problem. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, für alle weiteren Erledigung benötigt man das Auto. Entfernungen: andere Supermärkte 10-15min Restaurants 10min Strand Westküste 25min Strand Ostküste 45min

Perfekt ... und sehr liebenswerte Gastfreundlichkeit

Von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied ein perfekter Ort für Urlaub. Ida und Darko sind absolut liebenswert und perfekte Gastgeber. Sie hießen uns nach einer leider sehr Staureichen Anreise mit Käse, Schinken und Grappa willkommen und waren während des Urlaubs sehr rücksichtsvoll und trotzdem immer mit Rat und Tat verfügbar. Das Haus ist klein aber sehr fein. Für 3 Personen ausreichend, wenn das Wetter gut ist. Sehr großzügige Außenanlagen, sehr ordentlich und sehr gepflegt. Pool und alles andere top im Schuss. Lage ist wie von uns gewünscht abgelegen. Aber auch nicht zu ruhig.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit viel Potential. Super netter Kontakt mit extrem schneller Reaktionszeit. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zwischendurch und ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk. Sehr zu empfehlen. Einzig einen Toaster haben wir vermisst😘 Lg Mario, Katrin und Jennifer

Toller Urlaub in Traum-Ferienhaus

Anfang August durften wir unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Schon im Vornerein war der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin Ida sehr kompetent und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an gut betreut. Obwohl sie während unseres Aufenthalts nicht anwesend sein konnte, erkundigte sie sich mehrmals, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Das kleine, ruhige Dorf Rezanci gehört zur mittelalterlichen Kleinstadt Svetvincenat, die in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Hier sind die regelmäßig stattfindenden Mittelalterspektakel auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Im Dorf selbst gibt es einen kleinen Tante Emma-Laden, der halbtags geöffnet hat und bei dem man die ganze Woche auch frische Brötchen, Obst etc. kaufen kann. Das Ferienhaus wurde sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll restauriert und auch der Gartenbereich inklusive dem großzügigen Pool ist sehr schön angelegt worden. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und die Austattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Im direkt angrenzenden Haus wohnt der Vermieter Darko, jedoch merkt man die Nähe kaum, da sein Grundstück gut eingewachsen ist. Darko ist ein unglaublich netter Vermieter und Gastgeber, mit dem wir uns von an Anfang an bestens verstanden. Trotz sprachlicher Barrieren (er spricht nur ein paar Brocken Deutsch und kein Englisch), hat er uns wo es nur ging geholfen und uns regelmäßig mit Obst, Gemüse etc. aus dem Garten versorgt und wir hatten viele vergnügliche Gespräche. Unseren Kindern (6 und 8 Jahre) hat besonders der Pool gefallen, in dem sie kaum wegzukriegen waren und wir haben derweil auf den etlichen Sonnenliegen/der Hollywood-Schaukel... die Ruhe dieses netten Dörfchens genossen. Wenn man doch etwas unternehmen möchte, erreicht man zum Beispiel die Städte Porec, Rovinj, Pula und tolle Natur-Strände in jeweils ca. 30-40 Minuten Autofahrt. Es ist anzumerken, dass das Ferienhaus aufgrund der Begebenheiten im Innenbereich (sehr schmale Wendeltreppe mit nach unten offenem Geländer) erst für größere Kinder ab ca. Vorschulalter zu empfehlen ist. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen traumhaften Urlaub in Istrien! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr nette und bemühte Vermieter, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir waren in diesem Sommer die ersten Gäste im Ferienhaus Darko. Bereits im Vorfeld entstand ein sehr netter Kontakt zu Ida, die uns über die Renovierungsarbeiten auf dem Laufenden hielt und mit Fotos von den Baufortschritten unsere Vorfreude vergrößerte. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr freundlich von Ida begrüßt, die auch während unseres Aufenthaltes per WhatsApp ständig für uns verfügbar war. Stets war zu spüren, dass ihr sehr am Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste gelegen war. Auch der Besitzer des Hauses, Darko, der auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnt, war sehr bemüht um uns und schenkte uns Gemüse aus dem eigenen Anbau und selbst gebrannten Schnaps. Ida fragte gegen Ende unseres Aufenthaltes auch nach Verbesserungswünschen, die wir ihr dann nannten ( mehr Handtuchhaken im Bad, eine Ablage in der Dusche, ein Sonnenschutz am oberen Tisch ) -dafür war Ida sehr dankbar und inzwischen ist alles angschafft ! Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung wirklich gut.Gerade in der Küche gab es nichts, was wir vermisst hätten. Im Badezimmer ist viel Stauraum vorhanden, in den beiden Schlafräumen ist er etwas knapper, aber ausreichend. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme sind auch da. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass man in einem kleinen Dörfchen mit freundlichen Nachbarn wohnt, die einem im Vorbeigehen winkten und auch schon mal mit Zucchini beschenkten. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe einen kleinen Laden, so dass es jeden Morgen frisches Brot geben konnte. Zum Abschied bekamen wir sogar ein schönes Geschenk von Ida und Darko,eine sehr nette Geste, wie wir finden ! Ida spricht gut Englisch, und auch schon ganz gut Deutsch, wir hatten keine Verständigungsprobleme. Durch die Wendeltreppe im Haus,über die man die Schlafräume ( auf unterschiedlichen Etagen ) erreicht, halten wir es für Familien mit kleineren Kindern oder Menschen mit Gehproblemen für eher ungeeignet, alle anderen werden sich sicherlich wohlfühlen ! Besonders die Ruhe am Abend, in der wir auf dem Balkon sitzend dem Zirpen der Grillen lauschen konnten, haben wir sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Ida und Darko !
