"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"Great communication from beginning to end, and always a quick response. Lovely property well equipped, plenty of space. Pool was beautiful to cool off in with Well kept surrounding area. BBQ and eating area by the pool was a bonus.Games room with pool and table football All on the edge of the very old village which has 3 restaurants a number of cafe bars and 2 supermarkets. And its own castle which is well worth a visit.I would definitely recommend this property and would have no hesitation in returning.Thank you Alfred and Korin for helping make a great holiday"
