"Nach ankunft kein bezug des Zimmers möglich, da es gegen 16.40Uhr noch nicht gereinigt war.
Die Schiebetüre im Bad war defekt. Man mußte diese mit gewallt öffnen, wären ich drin war.
Nach anfrage bekammen wir ein neues Zimmer."

"Great hotel in old town square, walkable to everywhere. Super friendly staff. Hotel private parking is across the street, which makes it ideal. Room was spacious for being an older hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

One downside during hot summer days: it was very warm in the room and there was no air conditioning. Opening the windows was not sufficient to cool it down and as soon as the sun rose, it was shining on us.
Most of the time, Germany doesn’t need airco of course… "

"We had check-in issues and sat waiting for 30 minutes in the sun, locked out. Online check in did not work. We had to email them once and call twice to finally get our keys. There is no A/C in the rooms and it is on a noisy street. The front of the hotel was covered in giant spiders and mosquitoes attacked me all night. Not my best stay of late. Won’t be back…"

"Beautiful place…as advertised.
A couple of small things:
WiFi was out during our stay. Not an issue as it was the weekend, but if this is a more permanent issue, then I would remove from the advertisement.
They also had no dish towels for drying and only a half a paper towel roll. I would consider buying some cheap dish towels for the kitchen.
