My room was great, large with outside balcony, jacuzzi bath & separate shower, and amazing! Josh in the bar was awesome! Hannah at breakfast was excellent! All staff attentive, & positive. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. "So pleased we picked Ffolkes for our stay, we had a brilliant time. The facilities are all spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was just a very pleasant stay. The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area.
