"The Internet did not work the entire time we were there. There was only one tv. Remote for DVD player had no batteries so couldn't watch DVDs. Only one towel per guest for 6 days. Broken living room window with a huge hole. They were aware of it. Pink slime on the shower curtain rings in the master bath."
