"My girlfriends and I were first given rooms on 5th floor! When we stepped out of the elevator experiences a musty smell which comes from water damage ! Same with the room too ! Ridiculous! We were moved to different floor ! The building from outside also looks like a dump ! After experiencing Shangri-La in Bangalore, and in Singapore, this property was a let down !"

"Good size of room , clean room , all staff is good . Issue with policy of the hotel , they put the mini Bar in your room that might cost you all to gather USD 10 and when you checking out the receptionist ask you did you use mini Bar ? When I answered,yes I used it a 1 pack of snacks . She said ok let's wait for the confirmation from the room boy . I waited for 15 to 20 mints , then I told them them to charge me for whole minibar . I would say they should not put any mini bar or just add in to room service. "

"Great People! Very responsive to requests. Fantastic breakfast. The only issue I had was that the room was front facing and was very noisy with the traffic. If the management adds better windows that would be great for the noise. Highly recommended. "
