"The room wasn't cleaned before we checked in, we found a pair of used swimming shorts under one of the beds. Some sand on the floor as well. My son walked around for 10mins barefoot, and the bottom of his foot was turning black. Definitely could use a good mopping. The TV wasn't working correctly, no channels. The front door wasn't sealed at all. Had a breeze from the outside, could hear every conversation and traffic sounds from inside. The front lobby was closed during check-in and check-out times. Had to walk to the other hotel (Seahaven) just to use the lobby. Beds weren't too bad, very noisy though. Beach view and proximity to the beach we're the only good things about this hotel. "

"We have stayed this hotel twice. The kids enjoyed the hot pool which is open 24 hour 7 days a week, and we were finding sand crabs walking in the dark in the beach. That was funny. The sea view from the balcony is great. But, be careful when booking because the hotel does have another attached part cross the street with spacious parking lot where having no sea view at all."

"This condo was perfect for our vacation! The loft bedroom was nice and cool at nightime and waking up to look at the oceanview was my favorite part! The pool was a little too cold for swimming, as expected, but was clean and well kept. We did enjoy a few evenings in the hot tub, also clean and somewhat secluded and private. The proximity to Pier Park, the pet beach and other shopping essentials was very convenient! We will consider this condo again in the future! "
