"Check-in process was clunky and not user-friendly. It was hard to get ahold of someone when we needed help when first checking in. The condo we booked was not with the resort directly, so working with a 3rd party was not convenient. The condo was clean and had a great view once we were in. Things ran smoothly once we obtained our door access code. It was a little overwhelming on the emails we received for wanting us to buy extras. "

"The shower we could not use be ause the water was scalding hot turned down to the coldest setting with a trickle coming out. Had to go to relatives house for a shower. Road noise from the interstate is constant and noise decibels of a loud vacuum cleaner. "

"The staff here is wonderful, yes of course the hotel is a bit dated but where the hotel is located and ease of use make up for it. Very chill vibe. "

"The hotel is reasonable priced. It is older no updates but fairly clean. The problem was that the hot tub was not hot and the jets were not working. I informed the front desk the response was that they were trying to find a company to repair it. It had not bee working on arrival and was not repaired upon check out. Very disappointed. Should not be charging a resort fee or at least lower the price. "

"The room was clean and spacious. I also love that breakfast was included with our stay. There was plenty of parking and I love how convenient the hotel is located near Pier Park and the beach."

"To start the view is Amazing 100% The Room is horrible smells like mold floors are super dirty bathroom hairs all over the place , shower drain not working, bed was okay clean couch was dirty smell like trash and cigarettes . Walk to the beach is nice "
