Situated in the lovely village of Langton Matravers, enjoy this lovely character chalet bungalow with the benefit of ground floor bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and great outside space.  With the added extra of being close to a local shop for essentials or only 2.5 miles from the seaside town of Swanage, with its famous sandy beach. Alternatively the historic ruins of Corfe Castle is just 5 miles away.  There are plenty of walks available from your doorstep, including access to the stunning Jurassic Coast and South West Coastal Path.
Size:   Sleeps up to 8 in four bedrooms.
Beds:  1 x Zip'n'link - super king size or two singles, 2 x king size, 2 x 2'6" single beds
Rooms:  Lounge/Diner L Shaped sofa, two seater sofa, armchair, smart TV, triple aspect.  Dining table - seating up to 8 people.  
Kitchen: Modern well appointed kitchen with Electric Oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge/freezer. Overlooking main garden.
Utility & Storage: With washing machine, linking kitchen to utility area.
Entertainment: 50" smart 4k TV, Sky TV.
Fuel: Smart controlled gas central heating.
General:   Wifi included, bed linen and towels included, please bring your own beach towels.  Travel cot, High Chair and stairgate available.
Garden: Corner plot with lawned area and extensive patio for al fresco dining & socialising. 
Parking: for two cars on driveway, on street parking available, first come first served basis.
Pets: Two pets welcome, downstairs only please.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
