Winter Sale! Near downtown Asheville, Warren Wilson, & Blue Ridge!

  • Hurricane Helene Update: The Cozy Cottage survived the hurricane! There are some minor repairs that need to be done but otherwise we are very lucky. There is power, internet, and water at the property and we are accepting reservations.


    Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home! A fabulous space for two people, this cozy cottage is located only 9.3 miles to the heart of downtown Asheville where you can enjoy locally produced food and beer, fun live music, and a vibrant arts scene. This home boasts a thoughtfully updated interior and a back yard with a fire pit. There is plenty to see with Black Mountain's Downtown Historic District or the Blue Ridge Parkway also just a short drive away!
