"We stayed only few days. Studio apartment was clean and well furnished. Front patio chairs very comfortable. Bikes were nice to have. Everything is walking distance. Owners are very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend the place for a quiet vacation."

"Great stay. Everything as presented online. Special instructions pre- arrival were complete and received early. Unit is in a great location, ground floor near pool, beach, entrance area, and recreation / game / snack bar building. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna all clean and well maintained. "Spent several days in this great spot for a early beach vacation. The views are beautiful and such a nice area close to everything Swansboro has to offer. Everything was clean and comfortable and plenty of space for our family. We fished every day, took walks downtown to the shops and restaurants, the boys went kayaking twice and we even went to Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Tony was great and quick to respond to our every request. Would definitely stay again!"

"To say this was the perfect place for my family and I is an understatement! We took a last minute trip for my son's spring break. My son and husband love to fish and wanted a place near the water that was also accessible as my husband has mobility issues. First we will start with the apartment. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need for your stay. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get up in the morning. Easy walk to the beach for which this property has beach towels and chairs. Great property that we would highly recommend! "

"Our stay was fabulous! Everything was super clean and the views were amazing! If you are not used to someone staying overhead, it is a little loud at times. You will have everything you need for meals as well as an abundance of towels! Mike responded almost immediately every time i contacted him."

"Overall the property was good with a great location. However, when we got there at 4 to check in, it was still being cleaned so we had to wait a few minutes. It was no big deal but we were told check in was at 4."

"Everything we needed, was there, snanks, coffee and Alexa. Which really added to the already romantic setting. We shopped, fished and walk the beaches. We returned to enjoy a warm shower wine and hot tub just for us. Access to a golf cart, beach chairs, bikes. I highly recommend this little get away to anyone. "Just as advertised - just a short walk under the bridge (which is cool!) to downtown. Great little town with a lot of history, shops, and restaurants/bars. The apartment has been meticulously crafted inside a storefront - very well done! Just park in front of the sign...it looks like a storefront, but it's a cute little place that is perfect for 2 people"

"East of the sun was an older property but was clean with a friendly staff. They took care of things when needed in a timely manner. There was quite a bit of dog poop in the back yard some fresh and some older. It was a short walk to the beach and they did supply a wagon, boogy boards, and chairs. "

"The apartment was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay (and more). The hosts were wonderful people and answered my (few) questions quickly. The area was close to a lot of dining (though we had a full kitchen with most to all amenities we needed) and shopping options. Unfortunately I can not comment on beach access due to the dates of our visit; however we will definitely look into rebooking this property on our future visits to the area. Truly...
