"The flat is clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen and bathroom is a bit outdated, but are fully functional. It literally has everything! I did not give 5 stars due to its location. Yes, it is closed to London bridge on the map, but took quite a walk to the closed public transport or grocery store (15-20min). "

The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. "I stayed here and all I can say is this: the room is comfortable, nothing spectacular. The worst thing is sharing the bathroom. In the mornings and evenings, I had to wait and watch for people coming out of the bathroom so I could do my business and shower. The good thing is that it's centrally located and has an excellent 24-hour bus and trains service."
