LOCATION - Short walk 8 minutes to the seafront. Easy parking in Oystermouth for shops, restaurant, ice cream, and a castle. And quick drive to Mumbles, Langland, Caswell beaches!
The property was really clean, in a great location, and spacious with a large enclosed garden. With plenty of room considering there was 6 adults and three children. Close to local amenities including the friendly local, beaufort arms within walking distance.
Really lovely house and so well appointed. Great family room and dining table for us all to use and kitchen was large with Nespresso machine and double air fryer. Overall a very high standard. Host had thought of everything to make a family stay so much easier. Plenty of information on local areas to explore as well.
We stayed here for 5 nights during my daughter's graduation from Swansea University. The property is really well set up with every amenity you would need. It was spotlessly clean. Location in Mumbles is terrific with a short walk to the center of town, be aware that like manyseaside locations the return walk in up a hill. There is a local taxi stand / Ubers should anyone not wish to walk back. Our host was simply wonderful, great communication and very accommodating. Thank you
Mumbles is a lovely place to stay and explore Swansea. We were unlucky with the weather but visited leisure centre pool with slides and wave machine. Shopping and Cinema in Swansea. The kids were very happy (ages 9-13) and lived the bunk beds. Managed to fit in a lovely walk to go on the Mumbles big wheel and arcade. The house is large for two families of four and very well-equipped. Good communication with owners.
This is a spectacular property, with 2 lounges, utility room, large kitchen, garden, 5 bedrooms, spread over 3 floors, it is a very large house and very impressive, with parking for 3 cars.
It has everything you need for a break away, it comfortably housed 9 of us for our break, including 2 infants.
The house is in a perfect location to venture out and explore. There are local shops are restaurants within walking distance, plus loads more further into town, or along the promenade.
Dawn, the home owner is a pleasure to deal with, provides excellent communication, and is very helpful, and is easily reachable if you require any assistance, or recommendations on what to do while you stay, we had a lovely meal at the West Cross Inn which was just down the road from the house.
The house is also just a 10/15 minute walk down the hill to the beach.
Over all we are super happy with the house and the location, Dawn also provided tea, coffee, welsh milk and butter, some welsh cakes and a bottle of prosecco, which were all very much enjoyed!
We are very happy and appreciative of the house and service provided by Dawn, the homeowner.
We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Dawn answered any queries promptly and told us about the key safe the day before arrival.On check out she told us we could stay till about noon if we needed.Kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space and seating for everyone.Wi fi was good and two large televisions.Location was ideal,five minutes walk to the beach and a lovely pub.
Great location for exploring the area.
Loads of space, big rooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great garden.
Stayed with family who were over from New Zealand, the teenagers appreciated having their own space.
Can’t recommend this house enough. A great find.

Our family ranged from1 to 91 years old and we all loved the house, garden and the surrounding area.
We cooked breakfast, made pack lunches and cooked evening meals in the well stocked kitchen.
We enjoyed our evenings chilling on the sofas.
We would be happy to return and do it all again .
Lovely, large house & garden, as advertised. All in good condition and fully equipped. Perfect location to explore the Gower and with ample parking. Great communication from the host, Dawn. We hope to return in the near-ish future.
