"Lovely apartment with great views over the Marina and a short walk to the beach and coastal walk. Plenty of bars and good restaurants within 2 to 15 mins walk and lots to see. Only 20 mins walk into the town centre. Pescado restaurant below is fabulous. The apartment has good sized rooms, a well equipped kitchen and internet connect TV. There is free parking over the road arranged by the owner. The block has an elevator though it is only 2 floors up if you want the exercise. We may well go back. Recommend."

"Lovely apartment, clean and tidy lovely view. Would benefit from a mirror with light ro do make up and hair. Only 1 wine glass and 1 Prosecco glass. Would have been nice to have a few more tea bags, coffee and sugar and a complementary pint of milk would have been nice"

"Great stay, brilliant price, great location, fab breakfast but....... The bar servuce is terrible. Only one young lady knew what she was doing. When you know how mant people are staying, then put enough staff on to serve. When we got back from the theatre show, the queue was nearly to the door. 2 queues and they couldnt cope with that. They dont know ginger ale from ginger beer. Plus although there was a long queue they allowed 3 men to go straight to the front if the queue, buy 5 pints and ignore about 40 people standing there. When i said excuse me am i invicible, and there are 40 people here waiting all i got was a grunt from the men and your staff said "I didnt see that why didnt you tell me, I said to staff are you blind? And u got a shrug. The young lady was apoligetic and was working so hard but the young guys behind there were useless. Hard to get the attention of the chef to cook poached eggs less whinging to staff and mire cooking. Yes we could hear what he thought on various subjects. Also put the back tureens of myshrooms, etc at front. We all dont have 4ft arms. Receptionist that greeted us was lovely. We managed to check in at arrival 1. 00 pm but why ask customers to pay £30 for early checkin when you can anyway? Plus you need more disabled spaces."

"Lovely staff, sits in a quiet area of the city so very little outside noise, it's not far away from the M4 so it makes an ideal base camp if you're exploring areas outside of Swansea."

"Unfortunately it was a little noisy outside due to locals . The work going on at the moment made the hotel look unwelcoming from the outside but fine when inside . The air freshener in the hallways may need a different sense as I found it a little overpowering. Staff were super and very friendly."

"Great location, price and staff. Parking too. We had a room for 3 adults but only had two towels and there was no hot water from the shower. The kettle also didn’t look the cleanest and had limescale. It’s perfect if you want cheap and cheerful for a night out but if you want comfort or are taking older family and friends it misses those final touches"
