"I highly recommend this property. My family of eight had a great time! The home was clean, well stocked with linen and cooking utensils. It is spacious and has enough bathrooms where you never had to wait. The pool was a little cool but the owner sent someone to correct this in a very timely matter. Kudos to him. There was never a dull moment with the amenities provided. We had pool table rivalries. Family hot tub and fire pit talks and swimming pool volleyball game until 4:15 a.m. on Christmas Day. The house is located a short distance from a movie theatre and Walmarts for all your shopping needs in addition to a beverage store for adults :). Blackwater State Park, which has the longest sled run on the East coast is only about a hour away. What a blast! Definitely will return."

"The house was very cozy, and the beds were all comfy.The only issues we had were:the dining chairs were end of life and either partially broken or will likely be at some point,The hot tub was gross. We could not get in it. It is a nice hot tub though so if it is clean, I'm sure its enjoyableThe oven didn't workThere were quite a few sections of the house that were just locked off.Overall it was still a great house, with beautiful touches, and the kitchen is nice and spacious."

"The home was beautiful. Perfect size for my family. We needed all the space and it was a time well spent for Christmas. We loved the home. It had more than enough cooking sets, plates and cups and the cooking ware was of great quality. It even had the home decorated for the holidays so it was perfect. Nothing needed to be changed. "

Pictures don’t do it justice it’s so much better in person !!!!! It’s really set up to be able to go and check out while you’re there! Plus the hosts were so kind and helpful with our stay ! "

"The entire house is beautiful, neat and clean with everything you need. The master bedrooms are all spacious with nice bathrooms. There is plenty of comfortable room indoors and out for a large group, a second spacious fridge in the kitchen and beverage fridges available to stock up for a group. We went during a cold and mostly rainy week but were there for downtime and enjoyed the movie theater room, indoor pool and great layout of the home. Would definitely stay again! "
