"Was clean and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to assist, including the young lady in housekeeping to found ice for me. Not much in the way of food around and the hotel services weren't well communicated. For example, the QR code link said there was ice on the 1st floore. Our only very real complaint was the shuttle service wasn't running and they were depending on the drivers from the Microtel who weren't friendly and seemed annoyed to have to transport us to the Eastwick train station (which the front desk indicated was available). Additionally, our early morning departure shuttle was 15 minutes late which left us with a bit of a harrowing arrival at 5:00 am."

"my family was very impressed with the room. It was clean and spacious. It also allow for some privacy. The hotel is transitioning from bar soap to pump soap so we had to use the body wash in the shower to wash your hands. The transition should take place within a month"
