"Nice comfortable one night stay in the heart of Port Elizabeth. Well located in central Walmer close to the best coffee shops and dining options. Service and welcome was fantastic and service throughout exceptionally good from all staff members. Feel the furnishings are dated and need some upgrading, appreciate that the style is Victorian however I feel that some of the general areas need upgrading. The rooms were extremely large and well equipped."

"Was slightly disappointed as the property wasn't as nice as I'd expected. It was comfortable enough but seemed a little tired. There was no hot water in the morning so had a luke-warm shower. Its very convenient to the airport, shops and restaurants. All amenities were provided in the room although I thought that the battered ironing board on display didn't do much for the decor."

"Kyla whatsapped before to check our arrival time, good communication as we had a late arrival. She was very helpful and so friendly, made sure we had everything we needed to find the place. Secure free parking on site too. The family room (2 double beds) was clean, huge and very comfortable with great bathroom, safe, TV, fridge, coffee/tea facilities and excellent beds. At 9:45pm I called the manager on duty, Wendy, and explained that I had been calling for an hour and no taxi companies would answer their phones and Uber said there were no rides available between 6 & 7am the following morning.
