"1) The lack of household items such as toilet rolls and black bags - which we had to buy from the convenient store. This was not great. 2) When you flush the toilet upstairs, water gushed out of the pipe which leaves a very unpleasant smell in the bedroom next to the bathroom/ toilet area.
