"We had a superior King room which I'm glad we did as it wasn't particularly big bur was quite quirky, bed was comfortable and huge, breakfast was superb and Hotel was very central my only gripe was the lifts of which there are 4, one is used expressly for staff, one was broken during the whole of our stay (5 days) and one of the remaing 2 broke which left one lift for a hotel with 13 floors"

The location is perfect, right by the central station. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to a great hotel and an outstanding staff. "Great hotel. Very clean. Central to shops and station. The only negative was that we weren’t told we had to make a reservation for breakfast. The restaurant was full but the wonderful waitress kindly accommodated us - we sat at the bar instead. Not ideal but fine. The breakfast selection was excellent."

"I used to come here as a child when it was the main post office. They have done a great job converting it to a modern hotel, while keeping the spirit of this old building. Super convenient and amazing breakfast buffet!"
