"I'm a budget traveler and always searching for the best deal. This motel far exceeded my expectation, even though I had already read all the other positive reviews. Clean room with the basic amenities, within walking distance to a dollar store and gas/convenience stations. It was a Tuesday night and not busy, so it was very quiet. The check in was quick and simple, and the staff was very helpful. This motel deserves its high rating!"

"The walls, doors, and base boards were very dirty, the rest of the room was clean and well kept. The shower/tub drain was very slow to drain. Unfortunately, there was High school football team who was very disruptive on the second floor. The site managers had their hands full trying to keep them inline. We/I have stayed there several time and is very convenient for us on our travels. Staff is always Plesant and accommodating."

"The room the first night was clean and nice. Once we saw that the room was nice we checked back in for the rest of our trip. The next room was terrible. The door was missing the chain lock. The heater AC button would not change temperature. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The shower head only sprayed a straight stream. The towels were all stained and one smelled like paint thinner. The toilet had marks in the bowl of prior problems and sure enough it stopped up first use in the middle of...

"It was a great stay. The room was spotless the bed were good. Well worth the stay would stop again. Sam D"

"Room was clean and nicely appointed. Dinnerware and appliances were good with the exception of the coffee maker. Mattress and pillows were average. Shower head and tub faucet need immediate replacing. Unacceptable calcium build up on the shower head with limited range of motion. Rooms also need iron and ironing board. "

"The sign says free breakfast, low rates, and a pool. None of that was true! Very dirty outside in the parking lot and the hallways. Various people sitting on hood of cars, others on plastic chairs in parking lots lending an unsafe feeling. The room was, however, fairly clean. "
