"I Like having a warm lobby to park your car! I like the complimentary coffee in the mornings. I like the location a ton. Rooms are clean and I say that also with a clean and updated vibe. Not a “clean and old vibe” Anyway this is my favorite hotel for many reasons in the city. Con Murphys downstairs has great food and a quaint Irish bar feel! "

"Unfortunately our experience was not great. The place was dirty (walls, floors, rugs, beds), description was not fully accurate (could not sleep 5 people), no extra sheets, ratty towels, and we did not feel our review was taken seriously. I don’t think the host would want to stay there herself. We came for the Philly marathon and needed to get up early and be able to relax and get good sleep. Even with a cleaning crew coming it would not fix the issues and would be time consuming into the e evening when we need to sleep. We asked for a refund and were told she was unable to refund, which we know of not true. Host are fully capable of doing that. Other hosts have been able to refund half or whole if there was an issue. So we had to stay at a hotel in the city twice the price last minute. It was worth it for a clean and comfortable stay, but it is really upsetting to have an experience like this. We’ve had several great stays at Vrbo and we would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Very centrally located. The place was recently renovated and is really nice inside, they did a great job. It is as nice or nicer than the photos show. Very smooth working with the renter and getting in and out, communication, etc. Only thing I’d bring up is the neighborhood is a bit in transition. Safe but it’s a mix. "
