This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave), a living area with TV, seating, and dining area, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people up to 10. This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with inland/no view.

1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28-night stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate, and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

(e) After check out, the cleaning fee for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200, which applies to laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works, which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
