"It was a nice little space to stay the only reason i gave a 3 for the accuracy was that on my end it looked like it was listed as the entire home not a basement in the listers home. other than that everything was wonderful! He had a lot of amenities stocked and everything was very clean! "

"Manager unlawfully held my belongings after checking me out w/o any notice or communication. My confirmation and paperwork showed that I had reserved/paid for three days. I contacted police to assist with retrieving my items. I was forced to miss work and return to the property when the manager “Fie” was there. Staff was very unprofessional. The desk attendant explicitly stated that her manager threw out the confirmation that she had me sign showing the dates I originally booked and receipt."

"Did not eat breakfast, had to pay 21 dollars to park in the hotel parking lot. (Seems ridiculous to me as the parking lot was only for that hotel and mostly empty) Small water bottles in the room were $3. Seems like the least they could do is let you have a bottle of water."

"It was a room for 4 people, we asked for a two bed street, we were given a one bed with a sofa. There was no extra pillows or blankets for the sofa, the room was not cleaned properly and we had the maintenance lady try to open our door at 6am on our departure date. "
